How can I inquire about booking Evento for my event?

What types of events can be hosted at Evento?

Evento’s open floor plan offers the perfect amount of flexibility for all different types of events. We can host a variety of gatherings including weddings, corporate gatherings, birthday parties, wedding or baby showers, retirement parties, small conventions, craft shows and expos, and more. Our venue is versatile and can accommodate different setups to suit your needs.

How many guests can Evento accommodate?

The number of guests that can be comfortably hosted in the venue depends on the type of event and layout. For a seated dinner with room for a dance floor, we can host up to 350 guests. Semi-seated cocktail style events may host up to 450 guests. We can accommodate up to 750 guests for standing room only.

Can I schedule a tour of the venue before booking?

Absolutely! We encourage potential clients to schedule a tour of Evento before booking for an event. This allows you to see the space, discuss your event needs, and envision how your event will come together.

What amenities does Evento offer for events?

Evento offers a range of amenities including audio-visual equipment, customizable seating arrangements, luxurious restrooms, and more. We ensure that you have all the resources to host a seamless experience.

What furniture rentals are included with my booking?

What time do I have access to the venue?

When you book a full day facility rental, you have access to the space starting at 8:00 AM until 11:00 PM.

Can I bring in my own food or catering?

Yes! We have a list of preferred caterers provided upon request, however you are free to bring your own food or contract your own catering vendor for your event.

Where should my guests park at Evento?

There is ample parking available throughout BayTowne Plaza. Guests may park in any appropriate spot in the plaza that is not otherwise marked as reserved for other businesses.

Can I drop off items at the venue ahead of time?

Limited storage space is available at Evento. Early drop off of decor items can be coordinated by appointment only.

How much is the deposit for booking the venue?

A 50% deposit is required to hold your requested date.

When am I required to make my final payment for the venue?

Final payment is due 30 days before your event.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We can accept check or credit card.
